Running with Wisdom's Pace

I still admit to being a novice runner. My readings, searches, and conversations find seasoned advice in training. Some of the best advice I've gotten has to do with being wise with pacing. I am learning to train and adjust with pace in all of my drills. This has even been a secret to improving my speed, breathing, and endurance. Running with wisdom's pace is the best.

This reminded me while we were training of the special relationship of wisdom to our entire life. "Happy is the man who finds wisdom, and the man who gains understanding" (Proverbs 3:13). "Wisdom is the principle thing; therefore get wisdom..." (Proverbs 4:7). "For wisdom is better than rubies, and all the things one may desire cannot be compared with her." (Proverbs 8:11).

So seek after the pace of wisdom in your life. This is more important than seeking money, seeking peace, seeking positions, or even seeking fame.

Today: warm-up, dynamic stretch, ladder drills, sprint hills x 10, surprise sprint stadium stairs x 5, 10-10 Alley drill, 4 corner sprint, shuffle, back pedal drill, core, stretch .. oh yea and I got in 3.56 miles on top of these.
